Great company to work with. We got a little stressed because the timing was running late. In the end, Escobar Construction rallied their crew and did complete the job on the final day it was promised. Didn't need the stress, however. Bottom line -- the job was completed to our satisfaction. Beautiful cabinetry. Their subs were first-rate, professional, courteous, cleaned up after each work day and did superior work. We were referred to Escobar Construction by two of our neighbors who had remodeling jobs.
Ours was a bigger job with rebuilding an exterior weight bearing wall as well as a complete bathroom remodel. Escobar worked with our insurance company to estimate costs so we could be reimbursed.
We were very pleased with the work that the crew did during the summer when we were up North. When we returned it was completed and only had a few minor fix-ups which were expeditiously done. We left our house key with the contractor and did not worry that it would be locked up and the alarm set at each days end.
We would highly recommend Escobar Construction as a general contractor for a job of any size. We would note that other contractors we interviewed just could not be bothered as this was a "small job". To us it was a big job! We also were very pleased that any questions which we emailed to Escobar were promptly and courteously answered.
